Over the past few years, friends have come my way and friends have gone away. Our stories in life have separated and gone their own ways, like strings in a tapestry. I miss the people who are no longer intertwined in my string and hope that one day things might be as they were before. Instead, I realize that I must be happy for the good times and not weep because they are over.
